Hotels: (Save)
This is an area where it’s easy to save. Many popular hotels on the strip offer affordable nightly rates. If you can’t find a strip hotel in your price range you can easily find a hotel a few blocks off the strip (that even includes free parking and free breakfast). All of the big strip hotels have open lobbies you can visit to enjoy the casinos, dining and (sometimes) free entertainment, without even having to stay their as a guest!
We found affordable rates at Planet Hollywood, which is above the Miracle Mile shops and across from the Bellagio. A prime spot on the strip! You can also park here for $15 per day.

Dining: (Slurge)
Las Vegas has some world class dining options. Whether it’s freshly made breakfast crepes ($10-15) at the Bellagio or the incredible Bacchanal buffet ($75) at Caesars Palace this is the place the splurge! Hell’s Kitchen makes for a memorable date night if you are a fan of the show! Make sure to splurge on at least one special meal while you are here!

Entertainment: Save and Splurge!
World class performers and unforgettable shows make this an ideal place to splurge on a show! From Cirque de Soleil to Blue Man Group, they have options for all ages and price ranges. If you can’t afford to splurge, then enjoy the free entertainment available!
The Bellagio has a free fountain show that runs every 15 minutes through the day and evening. Grab a spot in front of the Bellagio fountains. Nighttime is the most stunning time to view them!
The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens has gorgeous displays of fresh seasonal flowers and plants. Check out our video with the Bellagio Christmas displays!

The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace have a free Atlantis show every hour starting at 11 am. They do not have shows on Monday or Tuesday.

Many people come to Las Vegas to gamble in the casinos. However, players lose (on average) $6 billion dollars per year in Las Vegas casinos. Every game you play in a casino (especially the slot machines) you have a statistical probability of losing. So save your money and splurge somewhere else!
